¶ What is Desk?
This is a separate page under NGD that allows you to manage your coupons, memberships.
Desk can also be used to manage customers who have a mobile app.

NB! To have access to the Desk, you need to be logged in under the customer in mmww platform.
By default, the role is admin which allows to edit existing data and add new items.

¶ Coupons and Landing Page
For a coupon to work, it needs to be placed as a custom script on a landing page. Request tech team member to add this script to the page.
How coupons work for recipients:
- campaign doesn't do anything (meaning does not refresh a coupon), it just creates a link that allows the user to activate the coupon. if the coupon is activated, a new link doesn't help
- if coupon is the same, it doesn't matter on which page it exists, you can have 1 coupon on 2 pages, and if you activate it on 1 page it won't activate again on 2nd page
- so if you want to do a job, that sends the same coupon say in 3 months, and allows to activate it multiple time, just after the period, we don't have that but can implement. You can set a minimum period after which the coupon can be activated, in this case, you can use the same coupon in the job
- or you can set multiple jobs with different coupons, say 1st job sends a coupon in a month after registration, 2nd job sends coupon in a year after registration. user can only activate each coupon once, a coupon requires a page, but 1 coupon can be on multiple pages e.g. you set up a job, that sends coupon after registration, then set up job that sends the same coupon after a month if a user didn't activate the coupon (you adjust it in query builder, filter by number of coupons). this can be 1 landing page or 2, doesn't matter
