¶ Scheduling a one-time distribution
In this step, you choose when to send the distribution and whether to send it all at once or split into separate batches.
¶ Run now or Schedule
You can either:
- Run now to start the distribution immediately
- Schedule to send it at a specific date and time
For a one-time distribution, choose a single date and time in the schedule field.
¶ Send to all or split by tasks
The distribution can be handled in two ways:
- Send to all
All recipients are included in one single distribution at the scheduled time. - Split by tasks
The distribution is divided into separate tasks. This is useful when recipients or work items should be processed in smaller groups instead of one full batch.
Under Schedule settings, you can define the send time and the percentage to send at that point.
For a normal one-time send to everyone, use 100% in one line.
¶ Send report
You can enable Send report after days to receive a report after the distribution has been completed.
Options include:
- Contact Email – sends the report to the contact email configured for the project
- Key account emails – sends the report to the selected account email addresses
- Add extra emails – lets you manually add one or more additional email recipients for the report
If 0 days is used, the report is sent the same day after the distribution is processed.
¶ Typical setup for a one-time distribution
A standard one-time setup is:
- Select Schedule
- Enter the desired send date and time
- Add 100%
- Decide whether to use Split by tasks or not
- Enable Send report if a completion report is needed
- Select who should receive the report
