Sending Jobs or Campaign require recipients list(s). It can be either an Excel file or simply emails/phone numbers entered in the field for recipients.
However, when you need to filter the recipients by a specific condition (for example, that have a birthday today) or you need to receive feedback from them, for instance, surveys, it is better to work with the database where your recipients, information about them and their answers is stored.
Customers can add datasources via their Facebook integration and edit existing datasources. Editing can be disabled via Edit Customer Page by Admin or Partner.
Customers can use (and edit) datasources created for them by Admin or Partner via Edit Customer Page.
¶ Generic
After generic datasource is created, Customer can add records (information about recipients like ID, emails, phone numbers etc. manually) by clicking Add a Record.
Adding records or editing them to an already used datasource (not empty) can be done via APP by Admin.
¶ Global Form
Basically, this is a common global form used as a datasorce. You can add data by clicking Edit or importing it via Excel.
¶ NPS Datasource
When there is a survey to measure NPS (Net Promoter Score), an additional datasource has to be created. It will be created based on an already existing datasource. For example, annually a company asks their clients about their satisfaction regarding the services. The clients' information is stored in a datasource “Clients” in the database. And there should be another datasource for each survey (NPS) connected to the datasource “Clients” that stores all the answers.
¶ Anonymous NPS
This one is the same as the common NPS but in this datasource we won`t be able to see which client gave the exact answer (or score/rate) as the email addresses are hashed.
¶ Campaign with datasources' unique features
When you would like to, for example, update the information about clients, you can send them a campaign with a form asking them to enter their date of birth or phone number. Anonymous NPS datasorces cannot be mapped as a common NPS. So you have to enter memberlink manually:
