The outgoing SMS tab contains the total balance for all SMS traffic for customers, including campaign traffic, codewords' autoreply, form autoreply, and verification SMS’s:
¶ Outgoing Email
This tab has the same logic as the Outgoing SMS tab:
¶ Campaign SMS
In this tab, you can see the list of SMS campaigns with current prices. Also, the list can be filtered by year, month, campaign name, and folder name.
An Excel file also contains totals of receivers, SMSs, and cost.
NB! In Outgoing SMS, we show SMS that were actually sent in the selected month but in Campaign SMS, we show campaigns that were created in the selected month. So in the SMS report you can see the last campaign that was created on July, 31, but ran on August 1, this campaign is not taken into account in Outgoing SMS.

This tab has the same logic as the Campaign SMS tab

¶ Email Opening Rate (shown only if this option is enabled for the customer)
Email Opening Rate tab shows the opening rate per recipient.
¶ Soft Bounces (shown only if this option is enabled for the customer)
Soft Bounces tab shows a count of email bounced for recipient
