¶ Create a form
We need to create a common global form where we add registrational info like the first name, last name, phone number or email, and the service data field;
¶ import data into the form
¶ Set up the job
We can filter a query so that it sends reminders 2 weeks before the service date. We proceed with setting up a regular job but when choosing a subcategory in the datasource queries, we need to pick up our form.
1 - we need to choose the global form that we added as a datasource via SuperAdmin, and 2 - select the form we created and used for importing.
